Ichikawa Toru

市川透

Ichikawa Toru (1973- ) is an emerging contemporary ceramic artist. He started learning ceramics in his middle 30s under Kakurezaki Ryuichi who has made a profound change in the style of Bizen. His exquisite works with dynamic form and deep colours represent his passion for beauty.
